Lu McGinniss, owner/operator, is an experienced classroom teacher who works one-on-one with children from Prep to Year 10. Lu develops strong relationships with her clients and supports each learning journey with care.

Working individually with her clients, Lu quickly comes to know each learner's strengths and areas that need support or development. When making decisions, Lu draws on decades of experience, evidence-based strategies and a deep knowledge of learning progressions. Her approach is to observe, listen, support, teach skills, provide practice opportunities, and give feedback.
