Lu McGinniss, owner/operator, is an experienced classroom teacher who works one-on-one with children from Prep to Year 10. Lu develops strong relationships with her clients and supports each learning journey with care and continuity.
Individual and personalised
Working individually, Lu soon comes to know each learner's strengths and areas that need support or development. Her approach is to observe, listen, encourage, teach, provide practice opportunities, and give feedback. Lu draws on 15 years of experience in evidence-based teaching strategies and a deep knowledge of learning progressions.
