Lu McGinniss, owner/operator, is an experienced classroom teacher who works one-on-one with children from Prep to Year 10. Lu develops strong relationships with her clients and supports each learning journey with care.

Working one-on-one, Lu quickly comes to know each learner's strengths and areas that need support or development. Her approach is to observe, listen, support, teach, provide practice opportunities, encourage and give feedback. Lu draws on years of teaching experience, evidence-based strategies and a deep knowledge of learning progressions.
