About Lu

Lu is an experienced, registered teacher, enthusiastic about supporting children and adults to live lives that aren't hindered by literacy and numeracy challenges. Over her career, Lu has developed a strong suite of evidence-based teaching practices and a passion for providing additional support where schools can't.  In addition, Lu has worked with a diverse range of adults in the workplace to develop literacy and numeracy skills, including communicative English for migrant employees.
Through a non-judgemental and openhearted approach, Lu offers empathetic, confidential and safe learning spaces where she models processes and provides revision, challenge and encouragement.
​Outside of education, Lu is a lover of the great outdoors.
